XV - Complex

XV takes center stage and continuously dazzles fans with astonishingly brilliant rhymes that never cease to shine. “Complex” is an exciting album that splits fans wide open via thought provoking, sharp rhymes that strike hard. Featuring thirteen explosive tracks, “Complex” is a sure shot fan favorite.

Packed with meaningful rhymes that transfer messages to fans fluidly like diffusion, this album is powerful and full of realism. Fans can relate with every rhyme their ears receive from XV’s vocal transmissions. The lyrics are intense, rugged and commanding. There is never a dull moment throughout the thirteen track audio onslaught. The beats are hard hitting and always on point. There isn’t one song that features a lack luster beat. The production is always sharp and nicely put together.

Track number four, entitled “Cruise”, is a brilliant track backed by one of the most soothing, smooth beats ever to bless an album. XV rides the beat perfectly as if his vocals were one with the rhythms and sounds. “Cruise” features some strong messages that fans can easily relate to and appreciate. This is the type of thought provoking music fans need to hear. “Cruise” is the anthem for living.

Track seven, entitled “King Of The City”, is a creative track with mass appeal. Fans are effortlessly dazzled by a rhythm that penetrates bodies and gets them moving.

Track thirteen, entitled “When I Dream”, is a mellow track featuring a laid back beat and some meaningful, laid back lyrics that fans can easily relate with. It’s a positive track that is full of emotion.

XV’s strongest lyrical attributes include his witty lyrics, everlasting flow and exceptionally powerful, smooth delivery. XV controls the microphone like a master while delivering his meaningful lyrics passing on his message. XV keeps it real with his lyrics. He doesn’t resort to spitting lyrics that put down others or brag about bling and hoes like most commercialized artists. “Complex” is a collection of music that is not only heard, but equally as felt.

“Complex” is definitely one that should grace any serious hip hop fans collection. The production is hot, the beats are banging and the lyrics are strong.
