The Introduction is a passage that transports listeners into the core of hard hitting, intensely raw, hip hop music on another level. Starting off with “The Coming” this album becomes more than music, like “99 volts to the palm of my hand”, it becomes power packed emotion you can feel. Every song on the album is fine tuned to create a hype aura that will not soon be faded.”

The first full length lyrical track, “Mic’s I Grab”, is the most electrifying on the album. Not only does the beat take control over your body, but the dynamic way in which Jonny Bro, and The Grey Ghost rotate the microphone with non stop ill lyricism, flow, and wordplay gets you out of your seat with both hands up. The ill wordplay these two emcee’s spit together “comes with 88 styles Ripleys aint believen”.

“Rhyme Killers” is served up with a flow, and beat that parallel one another with a head nodding aura. The beat that backs these strong lyrics, and flow, is truly raw, and intense. The intensity these two lyricists exhibit is carried through the whole album.

“Rhyme For Rhyme” is a close second to “Mic’s I Grab”. This track has an aura a little different then the other tracks; however, its just as felt, if not felt more. The beat is so laid back it takes your mind to a state of bliss, definitely appreciating the smooth, dynamic flow these two lyricists exhibit. Definitely a track to add to any play list, and a sure shot banger.

Overall, “The Introduction“, is truly an inspirational album that proves Jonny Bro, and The Grey Ghost are one of the most dynamic duels blowing up the underground. “The Introduction” holds its intensity throughout each and every song. There is not one song that’s album filler, making this album something that every head should have in heavy rotation.
