This album is one that fans need to tune into.

The best tracks on the album include “Be Your Girl”, “Hot Hot”, “On The Road Again”, “Hard Times”, and “Missing You”. “Be Your Girl” rides a groovy, catchy, head nodding beat. The chorus is very catchy, and the lyrics are sexy, and easy to relate to. “Hot Hot” packs a whimsically appealing beat that contains all kinds of interesting sounds. It’s electronically vibe’n. The lyrics bounce in tune with the beat perfectly. Again listeners can’t stop nodding their heads to the music. “On The Road Again” is more mellowed out, and chillaxin. It’s a conceptual joint that really touches the hearts of fans. It’s a song with real, well written & delivered lyrics that fans can recognize and relate to. The beat is soothing, mellow, and penetrating. “Hard Times” is another great conceptual rhyme that delivers some amazing lyrics laid over a powerful beat. The beat & aura of the song is mildly mellow. It’s a song that fans can chill to & vibe a good bounce from. “Missing You” features great lyrics that are very real, and commonplace to aspects of most fans lives. The rest of the music featured on the album is worth fans listening attention. The album is very loop worthy; there isn’t one bad song on the album. Eastside Muzik seams to always put out high quality releases, with extraordinary beats, and great lyrics. Eastside Muzik also does a fantastic job picking the best songs from other albums to use as cross promotion for other releases. For example, on “Blood Is Thicker Than Water” there is a track entitled “On The Road Again”. This is a highlight track on this album, but it’s also featured on Juice’s release, and is one of the best tracks on his album, titled “On The Road”. It’s simply very smart & good marketing. The other thing they love to do is spread their entire clique out over the albums. For example, if you purchase a Texas T release, you’re getting an album that features other artists from the label making cameo spots. It’s likely that after you hear their contributions you’ll purchase their solo effort.

The artwork for the album is very well put together. It gives fans an insight as to who Texas T is via pictures, links to additional information, credits, and some insight to future releases. It would be nice to see more information on the artists in the cover, for example, a bio on the artists. Some fans love to read as much as possible in album covers to get a really grounded feel for the artist beyond the music. The mastering and production is well done. The sound quality is the best that fans can expect from an album.

Texas T’s strongest qualities as an artist include his ability to delivery conceptual rhymes, he gets his point across very well in his music, his delivery & flow are good, and his rhyme writing ability overall is good. There is still room for Texas T to grow, improve, and develop as an artist, most of which will come from experience & refinement. Texas T has the passion, intensity, and raw essentials to become one of the best.

The vibe for most of the albums music is a mixture of west coast, R&B, and latin. This is one of the albums strongest qualities, as its diverse enough to appeal to a wider audience, and yet at the same time the music flows perfectly. The whole album comes together like Lego, and is still diverse in every piece. Other strong aspects include the albums hot beats, hot lyrics, exceptional sound quality, and the raw intensity the album delivers via is musical gems.

Texas T is an artist that fans need to recognize, respect, and support.
